This summer is especially hot and in big cities such as Madrid, the city council anticipated their protocol actions against high temperatures. An example of it was the early opening of the Madrid Río urban beach by the end of April. More than 6500 m2 divided into 3 areas where everyone can enjoy its playable fountains, misty water jets and enough space to rest and refresh that will delight people from all ages.

According to the Madrid City Council information, the timetable will be from 11 am to 9 pm and it is planned to open until September but it will all depend on the weather conditions.

Water treatment and sanitization is guaranteed in order to be of no harm to users’ heath and water tanks are cleaned accordingly.
